When you contact us
Section titled “When you contact us”Include the request_id from the response (or the X-Request-Id header), whether it happened in sandbox or live, and
the approximate time. We can find the exact request from that, so there’s no need to send keys, tokens or customer
data, and please don’t.
Design partners
Section titled “Design partners”Design partners get a shared channel with our engineering team and a named contact. Response times are agreed as part of the partnership.
Status and incidents
Section titled “Status and incidents”We notify partners’ technical and security contacts directly about incidents that affect them. A public status page will launch with general availability.
